How to reset your password?


If you forgot your password, go to the login page of your account and click on the “Forgot Password” button below the password field. Follow the instructions to create a new one.


How can you get a copy of your receipt?


For every order, you receive a digital invoice via email. If you need a new copy, log into your personal account or contact us at afswissprestige@gmail.com to request one.


What is our return policy?


After your online purchase, you have 14 days to inform us and return the item if you are not satisfied with its quality. We will refund you within 5 business days after receiving your returned item, provided that it is in the same condition as when purchased and includes all supplied accessories. You can return your item by mail or drop it off in person at our showroom in the UAE.


When will you receive your refund?


Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund within 5 business days.


Do you have to pay VAT if you do not live in the UAE?


Any order placed from outside the United Arab Emirates is automatically validated and paid tax-free. However, the VAT applicable in your country will be requested by the courier service upon arrival of your order. Please check with your local authorities to determine the VAT amount due on your purchase.


Can you exchange your watch at AF Swiss Prestige?


Exchanges are possible for certain models. Please contact a sales advisor in-store or email us at afswissprestige@gmail.com to inquire about exchange options and conditions.


Why is the catalog price lower than the price we apply on certain watch models?


Some rare or discontinued watches may be more expensive than their original retail price due to high demand and limited availability.


What happens if a watch purchased from AF Swiss Prestige has a defect?


As a quality guarantee, all watches we sell come with a 48-month warranty. If your watch has a defect during this period, you can contact us and return it for evaluation. The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not include loss, theft, or damage due to improper handling. If the issue falls under the warranty, we will repair your watch free of charge. If the warranty has expired or does not cover the defect, we will provide a repair estimate before proceeding.


Why has your watch stopped working?


If you have a mechanical watch, it may need to be wound manually to restart. It typically takes about 40 turns of the crown to fully wind it. Automatic watches can run low on energy if not worn frequently or if wrist movements are insufficient.

If your watch is quartz, the battery likely needs to be replaced. You can visit our showroom in the UAE to have it changed.


What is the difference between a mechanical and a quartz watch?


The main difference is the movement that powers the watch:

A mechanical watch (manual or automatic) runs on a mainspring.

A quartz watch is powered by a battery, which usually lasts 1 to 5 years.


How long does a quartz battery last?


A quartz watch battery typically lasts between 1 and 5 years, depending on factors such as the watch’s age and its complications.


How can you verify if your watch is authentic?


All watches sold by AF Swiss Prestige are authenticated and inspected by our expert watchmakers before being listed. Some models also come with original brand papers and invoices. Additionally, every watch is sold with a 48-month AF Swiss Prestige warranty.


Will the bracelet of your purchased watch fit your wrist?


The bracelet size of pre-owned watches may vary. We provide all available links, and you can have the bracelet adjusted at our showroom or any jeweler of your choice. If extra links are needed, contact us at afswissprestige@gmail.com to explore possible solutions.


Can we help you find a specific watch?


If you’re looking for a specific watch that is not in stock, you can create a personalized alert to be notified as soon as it becomes available. New models are added to our website every week, increasing the chances of finding your desired timepiece.


How can you sell your watch at AF Swiss Prestige?


If you wish to sell or consign your watch with AF Swiss Prestige, visit our showroom for an expert appraisal and buyback offer. If a buyback price is agreed upon, you will be paid instantly in cash or via bank transfer. For consignment sales, payment is made once the watch is sold.


Do you need the original box and papers to sell your watch?


While not mandatory, a watch without its original box and papers may have a lower resale value.


When will you receive payment for your watch?


Once your watch is sold, you will receive payment immediately in cash or via bank transfer within 5 business days.


How long does a watch servicing take?


First, we provide an initial estimate within 5 to 15 days.

After approval, servicing takes between 3 to 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of the work and the availability of replacement parts.


Can you reserve a watch?


Yes, you can request to view a watch in person using the reservation form available on each product page. However, a watch remains available for sale until a deposit is placed or a purchase is completed.


How long can you reserve a watch at AF Swiss Prestige?


To reserve a watch, you must place a deposit. Once the deposit is made, you have 30 days to complete the payment. The watch will only be released after full payment is received.
